Website Usage & Data Validity
The ROI calculators and energy savings estimates provided on this platform are intended strictly for preliminary planning purposes.
They do not constitute a binding financial guarantee. Actual savings depend heavily on facility layout, voltage fluctuations, and continuous operation variables.
- Data entered is processed securely but not permanently stored unless submitted via inquiry.
- Calculations assume ideal operating environments devoid of extreme thermal conditions.
Engineering Consultation
Initial engineering consultations and site audits are provided to assess infrastructural feasibility and project scope.
Any diagrams, CAD drafts, or technical recommendations provided prior to a formalized contract remain the intellectual property of Industrial Lighting Solutions.
Project Quotations
Official quotations are generated only after a comprehensive site audit and are dependent on current material costs and OEM pricing.
Technical quotations remain valid only for a period of 15 days from the date of issuance due to fluctuating copper, steel, and semiconductor pricing.
Order Confirmation
An order is considered legally binding only upon the receipt of a signed Purchase Order (PO) and the stipulated advance payment.
Post-confirmation cancellations will incur a restocking fee and charges for engineering hours already expended on project preparation.
Payment Conditions
Unless otherwise negotiated in a specific enterprise contract, our standard payment structure applies to all installations.
- 50% Advance upon Purchase Order submission.
- 40% Upon material delivery to the installation site.
- 10% Post-installation testing and successful handover.
Material Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates based on current OEM supply chain capabilities and logistical routing.
Industrial Lighting Solutions is not liable for project delays caused by uncontrollable supply chain disruptions or force majeure events.
Site Installation
Installation will commence only when the site is deemed structurally and electrically safe by our Lead Project Engineer.
Customers must provide uninterrupted site access, necessary power shutdown windows, and clear workspaces before our execution team arrives.
All hardware must be installed strictly according to manufacturer specifications and certified Class-B electrical guidelines.
Intellectual Property
All CAD designs, custom switchgear schematics, and load balancing algorithms developed during the project are the property of Industrial Lighting Solutions.
Clients receive a perpetual license to utilize these designs for the operation of their specific facility.
Warranty References
Hardware warranties are passed directly from the OEM (e.g., Wipro, Orient) to the client as per their specified terms.
We provide a standard 1-year workmanship warranty on all physical installation labor, separate from hardware warranties.
Hardware specifications may change without prior notice due to ongoing manufacturer revisions. Equivalent or superior components will be substituted.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Industrial Lighting Solutions be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of production.
Maximum liability is strictly capped at the total financial value of the specific project contract in question.
Contract Termination
We reserve the right to terminate the contract if the client fails to meet payment schedules or forces unsafe installation conditions.
Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for all materials ordered and engineering hours logged up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These terms and any resulting contracts are governed strictly by the laws of India.
Any legal disputes, arbitrations, or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
